Recently our church was helping two young ladies whose car had been tampered with and, as a result, had blown two tires. You stepped up and helped us help them, thank you so much. Because of your help we were able to do it for half the cost and you went beyond the call of duty to meet this need. Unfortunately you were unable to see and hear the appreciation of these girls as they were very moved that someone would help them. Thanks again.

Excellent commitment
On Tuesday, February 22, I brought my car to your store to have the tires checked, because at least one seemed to perhaps have a slipped belt. Although I didn’t have a service appointment, Chris Matheny was courteous in signing me in and said one of your men would handle it. Mr. Jim Schroeder came to me very soon thereafter, told me that yes, one of the tires was definitely faulty, and he would see what kind of warranty arrangement could be made toward a tire replacement. He later told me he called the Goodyear office and was given an outstanding deal for my purchase of a new set of tires. He had obviously gone to bat for me, with his commitment to offering the best customer service possible. In every part of this situation, Jim was wonderfully courteous and helpful, and I appreciated his whole demeanor of friendliness and respect. While I was there, I noted that he was also very busy helping several other customers with the same kind of cheerful approach that couldn’t help but give all of us confidence in his ability to serve with integrity and professionalism. I left that day with a new set of Assurance Comfortreads and a strong appreciation for Jim’s kindness and expertise. His service certainly adds to the good experiences I’ve always had with your staff, and my compliments go to Jim and all of you for such an excellent commitment to your customers such as I’ve enjoyed.

My sincere gratitude
I contacted Graham Tire in Kearney to evaluate some tire noise/shimmying with my 2008 Nissan Altima. The person answering the phone was very courteous and asked several pertinent questions to evaluate my needs. As this had been an ongoing issue for some time, I told them I wasn't in a hurry, to put me where ever it was convenient. I was however quickly worked in within a few days. When I arrived, a delightful gentleman named Jim took my car and myself for a quick test ride so I could point out exactly what I was hearing/feeling. He identified the problem before we ever even stepped into the car: my tires were wearing and needed replaced as they were the originals (about 45K on them so far). I was fretful however, as I don't have the slightest idea about tires and thought I needed to call my husband for advice. But once again, Jim to the rescue. He gave me several options, stating the pros and cons of the different choices, and also gave me the option to rotate the front tires to the back for another 6K. I felt VERY confident and informed when I made my decisions! Jim offered that I could wait as well. He updated me several times during my comfortable wait on the progress and again asked if he could get me anything. The work was promptly completed and my checkout was smooth and easy! But the thing that probably knocked my socks off the most was a FOLLOW UP CALL FROM JIM LATER THAT DAY TO SEE IF I LIKED THE RIDE AND FELT THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED! Who does that these days? You can bet I will be shouting to anyone that will listen that they need to do business at the Kearney Graham Tire store with Jim, Scott and the boys! Everyone there was kind, had smiles on their faces, and made me feel like I was their priority despite never having a moment between tasks, calls and customers! THIS is what customer service is all about! My sincere gratitude to all of the employees there!
